Pinewood Derby

My nephew was in his Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. I decided to go and take some pictures. It turned out to be a great day and little known fact, back in the day, I won my Cub Scout Packs Derby once too.







It's come a long way since I was in it. They now have computer programs to determine the speed in miles per hour of real race cars. My nephews average was 236 mph.





Well Tommy kept it in the family and he won too. Even the trophies are better now than when I was in Scouts, Dang!
